Return & Refund
The goods ordered shall be delivered at the address/addresses given by you.
You shall check the goods received as to quality and specification ordered by you immediately on receipt and accept the goods only after such verification. We shall not accept nor entertain any complaint about the goods after 24 hours of delivery of the goods.
If you receive any goods in damaged condition, you shall return the goods to the person who delivers. We undertake to replace the goods at no additional cost to you in case you receive damaged goods. However this benefit shall not apply to you in case the goods are damaged after delivery to you, i.e. while unpacking or unloading at your place.
We shall refund the monies paid by you only in the circumstances stated below.
After receipt of goods, in case you do not like the goods received, you can send us a request and return the goods we shipped to you. After we receive the returned goods and have verified that the goods returned are in the same condition in which they were delivered, we shall make our refund payment to you. The amount refunded to you will be calculated after deducting the charges we incur for shipping the goods back to our office in India, and credit card processing charges we incur. Please note that your request for return of goods shall not be accepted after 24 hours of receipt of goods ordered by you.
